Our bespoke collections are designed in Melbourne, Australia. Each pair of shoes is then handcrafted in our family-run shoe factories in Tuscany.

Complementing our core styles are our collection of handmade detachable embellishments. Clip-on our pearl drops, metallic leather bows, organza blossoms and silk georgette ankle wraps to personalise your bridal look. Style your shoes up or down, the choice is yours.

We currectly sell our designs exclusivley via our online store. Our comprehensive size and fit guide is available to asisst with choosing your size. We do understand how important it is to be able to try shoes on, so we also offer free returns worldwide to allow you to try your shoes on in the comfort of your own home.

Apply a high-quality waterproof spray and allow 24 hours before first wearing your shoes. All our shoes are made using nappa leather – the highest quality grade that exists. Because of this, there’s no need to break in your shoes before your wedding day.

In fact, we recommend not wearing them before to ensure they’re fresh, clean and sparkling for your special photo moments before saying I do. Pre-ordering a pair of Morimotos means you purchase your shoes/place your order, prior to your shoes being handmade in Italy. Every pre-order has a closing date noted under the pre-order button within each product. All pre-orders must be placed by this date.

Once pre-orders close, your shoes then move into production and take approxiamtely 3 months to be made. Upon arrival to our warehouse in Melbourne, your order will be shipped to your requested address and you will be notified via email with tracking details.

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched as swiftly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days of receipt.

Our warehouse operation hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (AEST). Please allow working 3 business days for dispatch if your order is placed on a Friday or during sale periods. 

We provide regular email updates with tracking details about the status of your order and delivery so you know where your order is every step of the way.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched in your order confirmation email.

Australian & International customers can track their parcel using Australia Post Tracking

Sometimes the carrier can take 24 hours to update shipping. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us via info@morimoto.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.

Express Shipping within Australia is a fixed fee of $10 and will be added to cart at checkout.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Standard International Shipping is FREE. Delivery time is estimated at 6-15 business days after dispatch. Depending on your location (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro regions). 

International Post Express to New Zealand is a fixed fee of $20AUD and will be added to cart at checkout.
